Account Executive

Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting with the success of client relationships, including meeting client objectives within given budgets, and translating all of these factors into strategic briefs and corresponding planning documents to ensure client satisfaction. This position reports to the Account Supervisor.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Becoming educated in client's brand, customer base, business model and marketing objectives
- Becoming a category specialist for the client's business; gathering and disseminating relevant information to internal and client team members on the competitive landscape and industry. Staying current on news and information relevant to client's business and internet marketing. Searching, collecting and distributing competitive and ground-breaking creative
- Facilitating the execution of all types of online marketing including: paid search, organic search, display, affiliate, email, viral, social networking, mobile, etc. Maintaining a working knowledge and being conversationally literate in all forms of offline marketing
- Developing clear client and project objectives, scope and implementation plans. Communicating and documenting those plans for both internal and external reference
- Working with Account Supervisors and team leaders in creative, media, and business development to formulate marketing strategy for existing clients and new business presentations. Creating marketing briefs, developing new analytical models, and nurturing inter-departmental relations
- Managing day-to-day client relationships for secondary agency clients. Ensure regular communication with clients including both formal meetings such as weekly/monthly status, as well as routine communication including email and telephone calls
- Working collaboratively with all internal resources to ensure client satisfaction and timely project completion
- Identifying and documenting how proposed solutions will drive plan value and develop methods to measure and optimize program/campaign effectiveness over a determined time frame.
- Creating communication plans including consumer profiles, insight generation, concept development, creative briefings, touch point strategy and measurement.
- Demonstrating strong conceptual thinking with high energy and excellent "story-telling"" skills demonstrated through writing and verbal presentation
- Working cross-functionally in a matrix organization as well as working autonomously with self-motivation
- Managing all aspects of project budgets to maximize profitability
- Managing client expectations utilizing available internal and external resources and maintaining project scope, including identifying issues and changes to project budget
- Overseeing all project documentation creation and maintenance and follow-up. Reviewing and archiving all client and agency related documents according to Agency standards
- Completing all administrative duties on time and accurately as directed by company management
- Traveling to client site for meetings
- Any and all other responsibilities as directed by company management

Required Skills/Knowledge/Attributes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self motivated with the ability to facilitate problem solving measures
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in standard Microsoft Office, Power Point, Internet and E-mail
- Ability to quickly learn, and become skilled in, industry specific and Agency specific software
- Ability to establish and maintain organizational standards to Client and Agency specifications
- Adept in creation and maintenance of proposals, estimates and budgets
